I would say if you want something cheap, go for Wacom’s Bamboo tablet. They run small, but you’ll be spending a fair amount of time learning how to draw on your lap and the image appearing on screen. I have Wacom’s Intuos tablet which runs larger and has buttons on both sides (as opposed to Bamboo’s left side) to work with.
I am a huge fan of using tablets for photography as well as sketching when I feel like sitting down for a draw session. Just be careful if you lose a pen, they’re roughly $60 to replace. Don’t worry about pen batteries - I’ve had this tablet 4 years and the pen is fine. It draws energy (somehow) from the plugged in tablet.

me as one of the guest hosts at the world burlesque games! realised i’d not posted many live photos lately. i’ve just been saving them but not sharing! so here is one. lovely.
Not one of my photos, but I have a special love for Mister Joe Black’s placement in the middle of that logo. Also, that coat…and his hair matching the backdrop
This week I am moving. I don’t know when my next post will be at this moment, as I can’t blog from where I work.

I appear to have found a blog of my life
